Ingredients
2 Bananas 5 tbsp
Askeys Toffee
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
6 oz Self Raising
6 oz Soft Margarine
6 oz Caster Sugar
1 level tbsp Poppy Seeds
3 Eggs, large
1/2 level tsp Baking Powder

Directions
1.  Use a 2 pound banana loaf pan
2.  Cut the bananas in large chunks after peeling.
3.  Sieve the flour and paking powder over the bananas and add in the butter, poppyseeds, and the eggs.
4.  Put half of the mixture into the banana loaf pan and add the toffee treat.
5.  Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
6.  Put the remaining toffee treat on the loaf while warm.
